Fidenz has been running development teams that are operating virtually over the last 10 years. This is a hybrid between in-house employment and the outsourced services. The team would be physically located at Fidenz, but reports directly to the client. The virtual team would be an integral part of the client’s organization, by following the same processes, cultures, ethics, and norms.

Fidenz provides the client the necessary manpower and infrastructure, at a fraction of the cost. Fidenz would handle all human resource, recruitment, legal, and other needs. However, if desired, the client can be involved in job interview screening, training, and other aspects. Virtual teams would have their own managers and subordinates depending on the requirement.

We make sure that our remote teams discuss and brief each other and keep our clients updated with the work they have done on the previous day or what they need to do on a daily basis. We allocate flexible times as per time zones or locations.

We use collaborative tools such as Jira to allocate tasks to each of our team members and to keep track of them. These tasks can be assigned by the team lead or client management partners, and can be followed up closely as the project progresses in our agile environment.
