About the Role
We are looking for inquisitive, analytical graduates and junior engineers to join our engineering team.
Your journey will begin with an intensive 3 months training period focused heavily on strengthening core computer science fundamentals, writing clean code, and mastering modern software development practices. Following the initial training, you will transition into working alongside our engineering team, applying your foundational knowledge while utilizing modern AI developer tools to streamline your everyday workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Core Application Development: Write clean, maintainable code using languages like .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern AI developer tools and coding assistants to assist with learning, code generation, and debugging.
- Collaborative Learning: Participate in code reviews, daily syncs, and team learning sessions to continuously refine your skills.
- Logic & Testing: Write clean logic, design basic unit tests, and trace code execution to spot and resolve errors.
Essentials
- Education: B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline (Final-year students or recent graduates often considered).
- Self-Motivation: Demonstrated passion through personal projects, coursework, GitHub repositories, or past internships.
- Core Language Proficiency: Knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Software Engineering Concepts:
- Algorithms and data structures
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze logic, read existing code, and debug simple errors systematically.
- Communication & Teamwork: Willingness to learn, accept constructive feedback during training, and collaborate smoothly with peers.
Nice to Be Familiar With
- Web Frameworks: Basic exposure to frameworks such as .NET Core, Spring Boot, React, or Angular.
- Engineering Practices: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts or basic unit testing habits.
- Systems & Infrastructure: Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, Linux environments, or cloud services (AWS/Azure).
